Invitation to Annual General Meeting; notice of Special ResolutionMembers,I would like to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting which will be held at the LRGC clubhouse on Tuesday 14th December at 7 p.m. – an agenda for the meeting is attached.Please also note that a Special Resolution will be presented for your consideration and vote, details also attached.Depending on the outcome of the vote on the Special Resolution, we will then review and adopt (subject to approval) the reformatted club bylaws. Note that the content of the bylaws is mostly unchanged and only rearranged with some of the administrative detail removed to another document.The AGM agenda is then rounded off with the nomination and election of the Executive for 2022.We will be following Provincial Health guidelines as always. We still intend to hold an in person meeting but if this is no longer possible, we will attempt to hold the meeting virtually.
