Handgun Fun Fact<\/p>\n
As a handgun (restricted firearms) owner, did you know that when you transport those firearms, it must be in accordance with the paper conditions received with your Restricted Possession & Acquisition License (RPAL)? You are also required to have your RPAL, a copy of those conditions and the registration certificates for the firearms with you any time you transport them. <\/p>\n
